"I wanted to update my rating, as I’ve had time to review our new manager. She is doing a great job, and responsive, and the property is looking very good. She’s nice, and she is taking care of Business for the tenants. In my opinion, if management is responsive, keeping the property looking, beautiful, and respond to maintenance request, that is a win-win. I am going to keep my review up for the former manager as well, as it is a good benchmark for me to keep my eye on. Former manager 5 STAR Rating for Leslie!!!! We want to shoutout Leslie anMy husband and I have been at Miramar townhomes going on 2 years! Since Leslie came aboard, this property has been absolutely Pristine. Leslie is so passionate about her job and she takes pride in making sure she is attentive to all tenants! It shows! The maintenance guy’s name escapes me right now, and I feel so bad! I will update with his name. He came to do work in the kitchen, and when I tell you, he was so professional, and my husband and I were completely satisfied. I totally recommend Miramar!"

"I don't usually post negative reviews but I can't not say anything about my experience at this place. I tried for three weeks to contact them, I called all the numbers available to me online and filled out their contact us form online. No one reached out to me based on the form and every time I called I kept getting sent to voicemail. Finally after at least 3 different voice messages I left, someone texted me and we set up an appointment to tour. At my appointment time, I waited in from of the gate and called the leasing office. No one picked up that call again. I called the number of the person that texted me and they also did not pick up. Still no one has reached out to me. I know the gate says they are "Now Leasing" but it doesn't seem like that is true. Good luck to everyone else who is trying to tour this complex."

I moved and I wanted somewhere where I could have peace and a new place to call home since I’ve been here these two months it’s been amazing no disturbance, Great communication skills , clean the Lay out of my home is amazing spacious and beautiful I absolutely love the choice I made moving here I look forward to being here for a very long time ❤️❤️ 10/10 for me ABSOLUTELY ."

"I CANT BELEIEVE HOW AMAZING MY APARTMENT IS!!!! Amazing amount of space for me and my kids! I love the lay out and the beautiful kitchen (which is great for hosting my family get togethers)! The staff is amazing as well. Love it here, Definitely glad i decided to move here"

"Lived here for over 2 yrs and just renewed our lease again. We like our apartment, the area, and all of the employees. If you have any issues they will send maintenance quickly to fix it."
