"Absolutely the worst, there's a big sewage flooding right now in 3 WHOLE BUILDINGS going on for 2 DAYS NOW, when we were asking when was it going to get fixed, they kept on saying in a few hours and that it's not their problem it's the "citiy's" and their fixing it , whole time it's a private property and the city hasn't been here at all, would not recomend, terrible maintenence too"

"Hello I’m Polo. I use to reside in the Sago Palm Apartment complex close to six months. First off I personally don’t mind the D boys making their money at the food store across the street, good for them. But living wise, it’s dreadful. Tons of roaches in the apartments and rodents on the roof constantly. The office people are terrible as well. If you make a call for maintaince they’ll take a least three to four day to get to your property. Then they look busy for about thirty minutes, but nothing ever gets resolved and if anything more problems persist. If you like gun shots at all hours of the night then this place is for you. Bonus, Drive bys included. I personally know greenspoint isn’t the nicest of areas. But they’re way better places to live then sago palms. That’s my two cents"

"HATE THIS PLACE!!! All the reviews posted are true! I've been here a year and a half and its been a year and a ham too long!!! When I moved I just separated from my husband at the time and I had my 2 year old son with me with very little money, other wise I would have lived in my car rather than here!!! I have been trying to contact the office since Monday to see what my rent for my last 10 days here would be. Lucy tells me i have to pay $100 late fee plus $10 for every day after. Not my fault y'all can answer the phones. I pay my rent on time, with the exception of twice. I stay to myself. I work every day. Still they won't answer my phone calls, the stupid broken gate closed on my car one day and they acted like nothing happened, took them two almost months to fix my oven. My ac was constantly going out. Had to call them twice a week every week for about 3 months before they actually fixed it. Trash bins were completely overflown with trash for a week. JUST IMAGINE THE SMELL!!! The entrance floods every time it rains and they won't fix it. Office people ESPECIALLY KAREN are the most rude people every unless your turning in rent!!! Pool stays full of hair and smells like ass. Mice, roaches, gun shots EVERY NIGHT!!!! "Security" never does anything. We came home one day in broad daylight and a man was on the ground. Either just got stabbed or shot in the stomach. BROAD DAYLIGHT PEOPLE!!!!! Kids hit your car when you drive by. Very abusive towards animals!!! I witnessed 2 kids no older than maybe 8 dragging a dog though the parking lot in the middle of summer by a rope around her neck. We rescued her and she was almost dead because she couldn't breathe!! She now belongs to us and has a great life! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! ALL THE REVIEWS ARE TRUE!!!! THANK GOD IM MOVING ON THE 10TH!!!!"
