"***Long but, please read before moving here*** These are the NASTIEST apartments I've ever visited. My brother had a huge water leak from the upstairs bathtub and, they took forever to "repair" it. Lord forbid if your a.c. goes out...that takes months to fix. Every time it rains, water rushes in from the ceiling damaging the floors, what little stuff he has left (thanks to them,) and the walls even more. It's infested with roaches and, the garbage hasn't been removed in weeks. They can't keep workers here and, the ones they have are beyond worthless. He's gotten nothing but excuses on why stuff can't be repaired here. There has been 2 shootings here and, nothing has been done to protect anyone that lives here or, their guests. After the first shooting (one that resulted in a murder charge) they promised upgrades.... security guards, provide tenants with in home security systems, and they would make sure this was a safe place to live. NONE of that ever happened. People can come and go as they please...including drug dealers. They charged my brother late fees, claiming he hasn't paid his bills. Then when he showed them proof, they claim it's an error to just ignore it. He's gotten multiple notices on his door telling him he must evacuate immediately due to no payment, that in turn stresses him out badly. Then, when he shows them the proof, they act as if it's no issues. They keep finding ways to add new fees but, when called out on the fees, they are suddenly removed. They are literally scamming money off their tenants. He has had furniture damaged because of the ceiling leaking and, because of the roaches. He has filed multiple tickets and called to see if they can get an exterminator out. They say they will do it when they find time that, they have other people complaining that they have to get to. He has called, filled out tickets, went in person, left emails, and voice mails about all his issues he's having and....nope! They just roll their eyes. He looked online where they can see when the repairs will be started and, it shows the staff came out and "no issue was found." Yet, the day they came, my brother was at home and no one ever showed up. His A.C didn't work in 100 degree weather for WEEKS...and he's still having issues with it. Now the drainage is leaking down the walls. We were told this place was condemned by the office staff, but they're trying to get it back in order. They're failing miserably!! Do not move here!!! The office staff is a nightmare. They hang up on people and talk trash about how they are "tired of people complaining." The 5 star reviews are a joke. It's either friends, family, fake accounts, or people getting kick backs from leaving good reviews. If this place is so great, why are people leaving within months of moving in? All of my brother's neighbors have moved out. Were moving my brother out ASAP! DO NOT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR B.S. LIES!!! For the person that replies to reviews. Don't waste your time. If your staff truly cared about your tenants, you wouldn't have so many people moving out and, so many 1 star reviews. If you cared y'all would do the dang repairs instead of making tenants jump through hoops. Plus, stop hiring incompetent office staff. Also, lets be real...stop faking the 5 star reviews!!! Too many people complaining about the same issues...it shows how much you guys lie from the beginning."
