"Sure it’s a nice place if you like to live with mice roaches & homeless people in vacant apartments, and all these pictures are different mice all in 1 week of capture with ALOT of rat poison , and also I know alot of these good reviews are fake , because ain’t no way this complex has about 20 vacant units hmmmm I wonder why!!!! Well actually I know why. The staff can try covering it up with fake reviews but these apartments are no more than 2 stars maybe even less and I’m sure it has too do with this staff they got and it will only get worse it will be -1 star."
"This complex is so nasty that even the City closed them. Stay away, this is unhealthy to stay here. Other review for mice is 100% true. My sister has the same problem. They promised many things when you’re applying then they forget. They charge you for items without your consent. The roaches and other pests make impossible to keep anything cleaned in the kitchen."

"(This is Old Management There is New Management Now) I lived here for 2 years. The staff is very nice and security is nice but, the units I've seen are pretty but, there is just roaches outside and in the units no matter how many times it's fumigated. Even worse maintenance could never show up and wait more days before coming to look at something that should've been fixed before being able to move in (empty fire extinguishers, broken microwaves, smoke alarms with low batteries, alarming amount of roaches). Other than that the streets nearby can wake you up most people revving engines at the light at night or in the morning. The community itself is very good though very nice people. The outside lights behind the pool aren't on or no bulbs. The public laundry room sometimes you can have all the washers work or 3 due to the washers in one of the two laundry rooms."
