"I live there for a while and I don't have any trouble with anyone and it was a good place to stay and if you have kids you will love it. it is very nice and very quiet there and no one is going to do anything to your family are to your vehicle I never had any problems with anyone there and I would go back and stay again if I need a nice place to stay at that is very quiet and cheap to live in"

And definitely five starts to Aimee the manager, and Patricia, they are simple awesome, down to earth which I appreciate, always with a smile and very efficient!! Since my first languaje is not English THIS A PLACE WHERE YOU ARE NOT JUDGED. I just love their energy because that what this world needs, more people like them!!"

"So many issues with this apartment since day one of moving in. A bunch of stray cats, cockroaches everywhere, fleas on the animals, nails sticking out of the floor boards that are tripping hazards, wood that is untreated and old rotting wood that can easily splinter into your feet, barefoot. All the buildings need a power washing and new roofing, the landscaping is non existent and best of all this comes at the low low LOW price of having to be able to make $35,000 just to be able to afford these LUXURY apartments. On top of the fact that someone stole parts of the AC units control system that is OUTSIDE of the apartment number. Then top off the fact that there is a $50 application fee on top of a $150 non refundable deposit. Oh and the newly renovated main office is so nice, I'm so glad I am seeing where my money is going. The doors don't close properly you have to push and pull the door to make sure it is locked and sealed because I have had my door LOCKED and due to pressure differences in the air it popped open because it wasn't properly closed due to issues unbeknownst to me since I'm a merely renter and not the property manager. The cabinets in the kitchen don't close and the ones that do close the paint is chipping. I already sent a few of the paint samples to a laboratory to test for lead in the paint. The old fashioned tube lights that have a buzz to them as if we were in a school cafeteria in the kitchen works half of the time. The railing on the "balcony" If you can even call it that has paint chipping, it doesn't provide a strong sense of security especially since it has old rotting wood that was just painted over and is barely holding onto the metal rails. So many broken pieces of the parking lot and I can go on and on."

"I’ve been here almost a year now and these apartments are nice to stay at compared to others. They are very neat and clean and peacefully quiete. The manager Aime is very sweet and helpful she always tries to solve my problems the best way possible."

"This is a good starter apartment! I’ve been living here for about 2yrs now and it’s a quiet and well maintained property. Whenever I had any maintenance issues the manager Aime and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Other than a couple small repairs there hasn’t been any big problems. I definitely recommend!"
