"SHAME ON people in leasing office and owner of this property for not taking care of their tenants! This place needs to be shut down immediately and give renters their rents back in pay and/or move them into new apartments where they feel comfortable and safe along with THREE MONTHS RENT FREE!!!! Tenants deserves better than this!"

"This apartment complex are the worse apartment in Houston, I have only ONE month living in this complex and I have a lot of problems. I reported my 2 tub because the paint is being removed and they haven't come, my stove is not working and they don't want to fix it. My A/c broke last month and they not trying to fix it and let's not talk about the floor, I'm NOT RECOMMENDING this apartments if you looking for a place to leave please don't visit this property because you gonna have lots of problem. Manager are very rude and the excuse she give us about all this problem is they don't have people to work, I'm paying $1,075 a three bedroom and two bathroom and the water and all utilities are Included but they suck in the maintenance are and building maintenance"

"Don't even move here. services are really bad even with the manager. *edit 2 >Cons - Leaking water when raining ( depending on rainfall ) - Infested insects - Not much repairs ( even when asked ) - Pot holes everywhere ( yes everywhere ) - Near bayou - Pool no longer working ( used to be way back then ) - Stolen stuff - Often Burns ( yeah it really happens some point ) - Kids often scratch cars with their bikes ( so don't bring high value vehicles ) - flood one or two location on parking lot - A/C might work or not so bring spare air conditioner - stove becomes useless once it's been old - Someone makes mistakes on payment on front office depending you paid or already paid >Pros - Free water - no flood ( unless drain sewage is working ) - permit parking ( gets full at night ) -Reserved parking ( ask manager if you want them on specific spot ) - Visitor parking - mail box - card reader to open parking lot gate ( I dunno the price. Used to be $50 ) Clearly the management left was replace new one. Overall I would rate 1 ☆. so feel free to move here if you want..."

"I've called three times for a maintenance man about my air conditioner and nobody has still come! I've moved in in May and my apartment still has things wrong with it that I've constantly been in the office about and here it is, almost August and nothing."
