"if you want to have cockroaches as a pet you can come and live here, if you want to share your house your bed your meal with the cockroaches you can come and live here. If you want to be woken up in the middle of the night by cockroaches, you have to come and live here. if you want to pay your water bill at more than 100 dollars a month without having a dishwasher or a washing machine for your clothes in a 2 bedroom apartment you have to come and live here. it's just terrible."

"2 broken windows, NO HEAT (broken vent)..... a huge hole in my wall and with 4 kids (2 autistic sons with chronic asthma) i don't have housing, no hud, no baby daddy assistance..... I pay $1250 for my 3 bedroom and this is my current living conditions??? I went without hot water from May to August until the state was called. How can I NOT call the state again when I pay rent and MY kids live in the slumps. We are forced to live like dogs. I am in apartment 110#. I've even made police reports. I can easily go crazy in that office but I feel that's what they want me to do so I'll do it the legal way and call the right people. ✅"

"I was so disappointed in this co. I loved in these apts. back in 2001 and they where great. I moved back there ik 2017 2018 and it was bad. Constant switching of employees in the office. If you asked them to fix something they would forget. Some of the stairs have uneven steps and several friends and family where almost hurt comng and going when they would visit. If you have to come here and have no other place thats fine but I would find another co to rent from id possible. This is just my opinion. And my experience."

"Been living here for over a year now. Initially was not that great but for the price what could we say. Now they have improved tremendously!! Not saying all issues have been fixed but slowly and surely that have made a great change in the property! Pool is clean and pretty.....maintenance guys are always cleaning the property (if only the people living here would be more clean and stop throwing trash then this would improve as well)....they are making improvements when it comes to making repairs...faster services.....Michelle & Abby are great in the office any issues you take to then they take it very serious and take care of it!"

"I moved in last year and it has been a good place to stay. They are slowly making changes. There is more parking now and the pool is always open and clean. They also just installed new cameras all over the property, makes us feel more safe. I recommend this place to anyone!"
