"what can you say, when I arrived at apartment that my company rented from Murphy's as furnished apartment and found the AC is not working, no toilet paper, no soup to wash and I found that Murphy Corporate use very cheap furniture to put in this apartment. They are very bad in response to your concern or when you call for issue Believe or not I been with no internet for whole week. Very bad chose to select this company to help you"

"We relocated to The Woodlands from the UK in August-2020 (in the middle of COVID-19 pandemic). CHA (Sue Speir) did a fantastic job in assisting with our relocation, helping make things as smooth as possible. Our first stop was a CHA corporate apartment in The Woodlands. After a long day of traveling with 4 young kids, it was great to be able to just ‘walk into’ a furnished apartment. The instructions we had received made finding the apartment/gaining entry easy. Sue even did a grocery shop for us so we had a stocked refrigerator in the morning to feed the kids (who awoke hungry at 4am owing to jet lag). When we checked-out, CHA offered a cleaning service which made move-out a quick and stress free process for my wife. Our final stop was a 1-year rental in The Woodlands. Wanting to minimize our time in an apartment with 4 kids, Sue worked with us (virtual showings, etc.) to find suitable housing/sign a lease prior to us landing in Houston. Prior to us taking possession, Sue did multiple walk-throughs of the property with the landlord to make sure the home was cleaned and ready for us to move-in. Would highly recommend CHA and Sue Speir for anyone relocating to The Woodlands! They did a great job listening, and providing everything we needed for a smooth transition."

"Used this service after being displaced from Hurricane Harvey. Our home had over 2 feet of water inside and many belongings were lost. With limited options for temporary housing we used CHA. Stayed at Hughes Landing for over a month while our home was being fixed. On the last day of our term, I received emails from Judy Hoffman, operations manager with highlighted words asking for the keys/parking tags. Unsure of where to leave the keys during the evening after work, moving back into our recently damaged home, and trying to move our belongings from apartment to home, we decided to hold on to them until the next day. Over $4k spent with this company and they did not have the decency to pick up the phone and ask about our stay or situation. Instead, they took the time to harass me over the location of the keys, versus a simple phone call. Judy also took it upon herself to charge my credit card an additional $319 for "pet hair" after an initial pet deposit of $250. Almost $600 spent to keep my dog with us during a traumatic time for my family. I wouldn't recommend Judy or CHA to a single person after they treated us like cattle while the rest of the community try's to rebuild from such an awful event. Thanks for nothing."
