Garbage upkeep on the property, insanely over-valued rent prices, on-site wash room just steals money and time, appliances in disrepair. Filthy, criminal complex. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE"

I lived there for 12 years when it was St Charles Apts owe by Harold Farbs and it was a great place to call home I lived at 8800 fondren and they were so great to live there. It just breaks my heart to see them become this bad people needs to report them to the city and the Houston apt Association ."

"This place is the worst. They have no control over the property. The residents are very inconsiderate and rude. Their kids are always out and make too much noise. The leasing is only good and responsible when your rent is due. The maintenance is the biggest liar of the history of the mankind. We were at home and asked the maintenance to come and fix the water. They did not come. Someone came to the door and left a note that they came. This is while we were inside waiting for the maintenance. Brickheaven is more like of a jungle. The other most important thing is that the Exit and Entrance section B of the apartment complex is wrong. The possibility of an accident if high."
