"I personally really enjoyed living at St.James Place. The apartments are spacious for folks with a huge families like me. Maintenance and leasing agents were very professional. I wish I never moved to be honest. I heard that they now have 4 bedroom apartments. Located in a very convenient area that I like to shop. Plus my job is close by. I will be attempting to move my family back soon."

"Listen and read this review in it's entirely before leasing at this place. I've had the worst experience ever, upon moving out they charged me over $1,000 for damage fees. With all honesty the apartment was more vacant then occupied over the 12 month leasing period. The apartment was not damage as they claim, they automatically sent the bill to a Collection Agency which will negatively impact your credit report. I was told by Jessica Leasing Agent that it's not a collection company that it's the company they use for billing. Well she's not fully aware that IQ Data International is a collection agency not just a Billing Company. This people will exhaust your pockets to the fullest and make assumptions that they gave you a brand new apartment upon signing contract and will charge you for everything upon moving out. Everyone at the Leasing Office is incompetent the owner Moshe Klein can't even speak right and all he cares about is money. I have lease before and have never experience such abuse and outrageous charges from anyone. Do yourself a favor and go lease somewhere else, save yourself from this huge headaches that you will have to deal with. To make matters worst the property is not safe, a lot of crime goes on in this area. Working on submitting my complaint through the BBB this people need to stop the abuse. You've been warned! ***Update as of Dec 2023 I've done some serious research and the recent 5 star ratings are FAKE please don't fall for them. This Management Company has gone out their way to purchase 5 star ratings to bring up their overall rating in Google***"

"I have lived in St James place Apts for almost 10 yrs and I have had my share of disappointment here, but over all, I still give them a 5 star rating. The location is great, especially since it hasn't flooded since hurricane Harvey. The office and maintenance staff do a great job. They know me, by my name, when I walk into the office. I like that they do try to help me out when I'm late paying my rent. The good does it weight the bad."
