"They dont even answer the phone , ive called like 5 times to ask about prices an the phone just rings. Smh i can imagine how long it take to get thing fixed in the apts when you can even get the office to answer the phone."
"giving this place one star is to much. the mangaer is terrible! its only one person and i dont know how she hasnt been fired yet?? she does nothing but watch tv in the leasing office. she scans the incoming calls also. if she knows your phone number and she doesnt want to be borthered by a apt. problem, she will not pick up the phone. if you go to the office and say you need something fixed, she will say ok, and never write anything down. and want report it to the maintance people. the water is paid along with the rent, and if there is a problem with the hot water( which stops working alot), they will turn the water off, and want even give the tenants prior notice about it. The complex was taken over by new owners, and seem to be getting better( new complex lights, new tolits, new entrance gates, etc...) seemed to be heading in the right direction...not!!!!!!!!! gates were replaced to force tenants to buy access card, to enter the property and exit it. if you dont have a card you cant leave the complex. the cameras that they put up only is aimmed at the gates. this way they can see who runs into them to get out. cameras arent looking at the tenants vehicles for safety. at least use one or 2 of them for this. there also was a bed bug problem before. one final note, the lady in the leasing office is very very rude. does not care about lossing tenants. want even speak to you when you walk in."
"It's an average to good place to live. For the price and neighborhood it's solid. I have been underwhelmed by the management staff. I had issue with a mouse in my apartment which I handled on my own they did very little to help with it. Also I have asked for an exterminator to spray for bugs they have sent one. It's not like bug infested but when you see them on occasion might as well have them sprayed for. It's going on a month since they were supposed to send in an exterminator for the mouse problem they never have. I feel like the staff has given me the run around on that. However other than those issues it's ok over there. There maintenance guys are good and have fixed my small issues. The place is fairly nice on the inside and has adequate space. It's price like I mentioned is good and the neighborhood isn't too bad. When I first moved there it was kind of loud with ppl playing music all hours of the night but the security seems to have halted that some. All in all my experience hasn't been terrible at least not yet. Although I do think there water supply may be contaminated. I cooked with there water a few times one time a great deal of it and got really sick then discovered I had a colon infection a short time after. The colon thing could or could not be linked to it. The staff is nice there but at times there is nobody there with the authority or knowledge to do anything to help with issues. I am still under my lease and I guess I will stay until its up unless the mouse and or bugs get worse. I really like the people that live over there everybody seems to be very nice and friendly so far which being one the few non hispanic residents I wasn't sure how I would be received. It's has it's positives and negatives. I will prolly be exploring other options when my lease is up."
