"I used to live in apartment 307 the best but then we moved to 1111, unfortunately, I've seen people die there. I feel like the apartments need better cameras and better security to protect the people. My dad got robed, a man was found assaulted laying on the ground where kids played. My brother found a man stabbed near a place where we used to buy candy from an old lady. Another was when a man shot another man in front of my apartment. I used to love living there I made lots of friends growing up there. I want this place to be like before friendly and protected."

"I’m writing this review on behalf of my friend who is a tenant at this apartment complex. She has renewed her lease here multiple times despite the treatment she’s received from the leasing agents from this establishment, the negligence regarding the conditions of the individual units and the exterior of the property. The management company has failed to do their part in preventing crime on their premises and on making sure their employees do their job with integrity. I hope the city and HAA soon become involved considering all complaints and concerns from the tenants have been completely disregarded. If you are a tenant here or anywhere for that matter please know you have rights and it is your responsibility to take the necessary steps to hold these kind of slumdog complex owners accountable so they can perhaps think twice on preying on low income families."

"Staff and owner have no customer service experience what so ever. They change their parking permit sticker every other month, which is a inconvenience to people or else your vehicle will be towed. They constantly do inspection every month and take pictures inside your home for "records" which is a disturbance to your privacy. Um, pool is never open! Maybe a day out of the year. They are quick to fine you but take a week to come fix anything. Don't move to Rock Springs Apartment's !"

"If I could give a "ZERO" I would. The office staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional,rude, and curt. They have favoritism when it comes to tenants and priority. They apparently are unaware of what fair-housing law is! There are one bedroom apartments that have 15 people living in them. The staff has absolutely no idea how to run an apartment complex. AC in a unit has been it for a complete week, Causing hotel expenses and they "fixed it" a week later, with no resemblance. When they finally got to it, there was excuse after excuse, they even Came up with "no key for apartment" instead of doing their job and breaking the lock and replacing it they left it alone. Of course there is absolutely no need to mention the pest problems, Even though the residence is kept clean the unit had issues with RATS, Roaches, and BEDBUGS. Of course they offer the cheapest treatment. This issue resulted in getting rid of the Dishwasher because RATS were coming from the building walls! However, this caused problems with he pipes and the way the water is disposed. The sink in the unit will not drain, unless the garbage disposal is turned on. This is a liability, not to mention how GHETTO of a fix this is. When the dwelling was received the unit has broken tile all over the apartment, mirror was full of mildew tubes and piping were full of MOLD. Of course the apartment was filthy and the water pressure was low! to the point of not being able to shower with soap. (it wouldn't rinse off) This property has no idea what MANAGEMENT is. They only care about receiving the money at the end of the month. They have no idea what happens outside their little office. Fortunately for them, The people that reside in this apartment complex o not care about their apartment they are mostly working 24/7 and wanting a place to sleep. But if you want a real place to RESIDE at, please don't consider this place at ALL."

"There's cockroaches everywhere, I'm well kept, clean, etc, yet, theres 1000s of them. Its disgusting. Management very rude, didn't care when upstairs started leaking water into my kitchen. Took 4 days to fix it, electric went out in half the apartment, didn't fix this for 2 weeks!!! Water is sometimes ice cold when showering, and does not stay hot after someone showers before you? Never had that problem before. But, security is tight, one plus, he's mean, not friendly at all, very rude, but, I see him always walking around with his flashlight checking on things and making sure you have a sticker to park there...."
