"This apartment got a lot, lot and lot of broken downs vehicles on the curbside. Nothing but a JUNKYARD VEHICLES. It a junkyard apartment."
"In 2009 I live there with my girlfriend and the problem I had was ghost. I lived in the back by the golf course down stairs and the up stairs apartment was always vacant. When tenants move in they didn't last two days before they move out. I couldn't communicated with the tenants beause they never spoke English. This what went on, I heard cabinets slamming, my TV pops on after it was off for hours, my toilet will automatically flush, and this would go on though out the night until I get out of bed, and sometimes I go I my room I close my bedroom door and as soon as I sit on My bed the door will open. The craziest encounter we had was the night before we moved when we was just about to fall asleep in our bed we felt a big thumb like someone kicked the bed. So we broke the lease. We was there for about 9 months before we was able to move . So I wanted to know if anyone had these experiences in Streamside"
"They won't fix anything. Girls that work in the office will give you an attitude & are extremely rude to the tenants. Appliances are always breaking down, you have to argue with the girls who work in the office just to get a maintenance man to come by. Water is hardly ever hot & they cut of the water multiple times a month for hours."
"My 60 year old sister lives here at Streamside. I’m her Care Giver 5 days of the week.This is by far the worst place ever. The water is always cold. Sometimes there’s absolutely no pressure for days. Cats out number the people. The gate never works. Maintenance is horrible they are not qualified. The ladies in the office have the nastiest attitudes. They don’t even follow the contract that you sign. They make up stuff that is not in the lease. Don’t move here!! I promise you will regret it."
