"I lived here and it was nice, the people in the leasing were also nice, but some of them would pick and choose who to give certain deals and help them out with their payments more…. Little roaches here and there but not too bad. DEA came through here and someone stole a lot of peoples things from their apartments. When I moved in I had a couple friends from other apartments by me and this guy told me to be careful walking to my car at night someone came from out the trees and between the cars and tried to rob him at gun point thankfully he knew karate so he did what he had to do. I would hear gunshots on my way to work at 11pm every night. Dead dogs on road and loud bell chimes at weird times. Walls are too thin, you can hear everything. Make sure this is what you want before you come here! They got me with the deals."

These are the worst apartments, starting with the manager Maria and ending with Cecilia. She lost my money order and from there I began to have problems. Their answers were that I had to pay the rent again and that it was not their responsibility. I tried to talk to the manager but she insulted me and was very rude. do not rent in this place because manager is never in the property , there is not parking available for visitor , they had alot actitud ,"

"Today they tow my car . Why ? My husband came last night from work at 2 am . Tired and all couldn’t find a parking inside the property . Keep in mind one bedroom apartment let’s u have 2 cars . We only had one . Allll around and even in the back of the apartments there was not even one single park not even a handicapped park . We talked to someone in the office a month ago about this and they said that they where going to try to fix it. Two weeks ago we talked to the manager and they said the same thing we told her my husband had been sleeping for 3 nights in his car because we was scared of our getting towed. Whenever I ask for the manager she’s almost never available today I asked for her and they told me I could only email her and that the lady in the office was going to email her about it . There is no phone number for the manager . Ask the front desk about the managers phone number they will for sure tell you they can’t give you her number . Honestly the front desk staff is a joke . We on our way to pick up our car and pay 240$ Because we couldn’t find a parking where we pay rent."

"They have a shady deal worked out with a towing company. They will tow your guests car If it’s parked in the complex even a minute after midnight. The fact that they do this and have no actual guest parking is ridiculous. I would never rent here."

"No parking for visitors, no handicapped parking other than in front of leasing office. Very hard for me to come visit. People are made to park outside of the gate and one must walk all the way to front gate instead of the gate door, no password. I hate to imagine how residents are treated."
