"Dear Meyer Forest management please don't reply to me if all your going to do is lie. We called the number u gave to address our concerns still no answer. Your maintenance team is trash mainly the supervisor. They do nothing but they will check it off like it's done and they never even get to you. You keep firing people in the office but keep the same maintenance and that's why this place is how it is now. The young dude do his job but the supervisor do nothing. An 3 maintenance men is not enough for this many apartments."

"I was very excited to move in and initially had a great experience until I realized my apartment had a roach problem. I noticed this a month within me moving in . I expressed to the leasing office multiple times about the situation. They kept sending pest control out to do treatments but nothing worked . They did a walk through and seen that I am very clean and to see where they may be coming from, nothing . I am now 7 months into my lease and still have a roach problem. I was cooking dinner one night and a roach fell onto the stove . I work way too hard to live with roaches . I want to live comfortably and pay too much money to live with roaches . There is no urgency from the office to address the problem. They keep saying it takes time to treat the problem but I didn’t know it took over 7 months. They would say they sent pest control out but I have cameras in my apartment that would say otherwise. I have done remedies myself & nothing is working. I asked if I could get something taken off of my rent there was no budge with that suggestion . I am very disappointed in how the situation is handled and the lack of urgency to address the problem. They don’t follow up and check in to see if it’s still a issue or if there is any progress. There is no empathy regarding the situation. I hate this is my first experience with living in Texas as this was a big move for me & now I may have to move which is big inconvenience for me because who wants to pay over $1600 a month to live with roaches."

"The staff is wonderful! I recently toured Meyer Forest and LOVE the walking path, fitness center, and pool! The model unit I toured looked very nice and modern with granite counters and nice stainless steel appliances. The manager told me they have been hosting events for residents including fitness events, costume contests (for Halloween), and other holiday events. This definitely seems like a great place to live!"
