Honestly that’s an understatement because 14 years in one complex speaks for itself. The timely and friendly response to all concerns was a pleasure to have and we honestly couldn't have had a better living experience. We know for sure that you guys are the best landlords in Houston and we’re so sad we had to leave. From friendly staff and maintenance to an awesome manager who knows how to communicate and take care of her tenants, it’s easy to say we’re basically family. "I love the apartment complex everyone is nice and always outside. The Office staff is really nice especially Nicole.I always go to her when I need to drop off my money order she’s the nicest. The other staff are good too but I really don’t go to them much often so I can’t really say about things about them."

"Good price for good size. Me and my buddy rented a 2 bed 2 bath at a very affordable price. The area is really nice and calm and the office is helpful when you need their help. With the transit stop in front of it, the ride to work is quick and never have to rush too much. Apartments were clean when we first moved it. Would definitely recommend to other people and would even come back to live alone."
