"The rating I have given is ONLY base on what it was like when I lived here back in 1989-90. The property looked nothing like this! My one-bedroom apartment was very clean, private and quiet. There were no need for security gates and the same corner store has been there all these years. My husband and I were dating, he moved across the street from me. We've been married now for 30 years. Oh, I wish those days were here again. The entire area is trash now...."
