"When I went there they asked me for my app fee and the deposite for the apt. I was told to fill out the app on line while filling out the app I made a clerical error. After 2 days I called to check my app status and they said that I was denied. I asked why and they told me that I had I had a negative mark on my rental history and would not rent to me. I was not aware of any negative marks on my credit report. At this point I knew I lost my app fee but they also kept my deposite and I think that is illegal. I mean i understand keeping the app fee for the application process but not on the deposit the total was 900.00$$ watch out with the manager she is very cold and extremely heartless not a good place to live just because of her. Don’t trust Marco he will say one thing to you and then not back up what he says. The other lady in the office is just as horrible. Moving in here would be the biggest mistake of your life. It feels like the management there is just waiting for you to make some kind of slip up to justify taking your money."

"I've lived here since August and there are roaches, the sink gets clogged for no reason. The toilets won't flush. There are many shootings every couple nights. Do not move here ! Leasing office is very disrespectful and rude no matter how nice you are. They have had 2 different managements since we've been here. They also want a high deposit. People throw trash every where it's disgusting"
