"Both of my family members live here and don’t have access to the elevators. One has been here for 10 years and the other for less than a year. The middle elevators been out since November and the front elevators keep shutting down. Both of my relatives have walkers and wheelchairs. You expect them to carry walkers up to the higher level in their ages? Ridiculous. These people pay rent for nothing. Building nasty as well."
