"Welcome to the Vintage apartments! We've got 3 pools and they've all got a layer of scum and filth that hasn't been properly cleaned in 3 years (I know, I've been checking), roaches that won't go away no matter how clean we are or how many traps we put out, dog poop everywhere, trash everywhere, a homeless encampment in the back, broken into empty apartments, yearly rent increases with no change to services or amenities (There's actually less now than when I moved here but my rent is still going up), management that does whatever they can to avoid non-legally required repairs, never enough visitor parking spaces, a predatory tow company that patrols our parking lot every single night, management that will tell you to get a lawyer and sue if you don't like how slow they are when they are breaking renters law regarding repairs such as hot water or electricity, and best of all every December they'll toss on extra fees for whatever reasons, sometimes totaling $500+, and will start posting eviction notices because we're all poor but they expect us to sink every penny we have into this awful place and not worry about our Christmas. Awful place to live, can not wait to move away. Save your money and go elsewhere."
