"this dunkin donut is one of the worst ever- stinky smell- they sell messy ice creams- ice cream has icey texture like when its melted and then frozen again- melted and frozen again- never had this experience at any other place but this is the worst slow customer service portions are super small seems to be a family owned business and entire focus is on selling aged ice cream (mostly ice, not an ice cream) and saving bucks- no wonder why its always empty- will not be going anymore shame on dunkin donuts to compromise the quality and no quality control"

"I ordered online and when I went to pick up my custom dozen donuts, I was told they did not have 3 out of 6 types. I found this ridiculous as there was no such message during order placement AND I received a confirmation “your order is ready.” Only when I was there to pick up my order, they told me they don’t have those items (it was 5 pm). Apparently they only make donuts in the morning and sell those donuts all day long. So, if you want a specific type of donut, you gotta go in the morning. The lady at the cash counter was apologetic and offered me extra donuts. Of course it’s not her fault, I wish Dunkin’ had a better policy."

"When we walked in there was someone sweeping, She saw us but did not greet us or acknowledge us, just kept on sweeping. When we made our choices and walked up to the counter, she continued to keep sweeping. Someone else finally came to take our order 5-7 minutes later. I would assume that, the ownership is new. It seems to be family-run but they didn't seem to be very familiar with their menu or how to run the register. It took several people to get the order punched in correctly. We waited at least 10 minutes for our coffee. The people who ordered after us got their drinks before us. When we did get our drinks - they got our coffee order completely wrong. I ordered a hot Cocoa Mocha Latte, I got an iced coconut coffee instead. My husband's order was also wrong. I also ordered a new breakfast taco which was cold by the time I got my coffee. It wasn't very good. It tasted slightly sweet which was weird. And the eggs tasted artificial."

"They serve perfect donuts, has my last day at my office . I went there to take bunch. They gave me the best and fresh donuts. U can get like 13 dollars a dozen with nice wrapped box. U can serve it on ur birthday to ur colleagues. Perfect place."
