"The donuts and coffee are fine. What isn’t fine is being screamed at by the woman (older, of Middle Eastern descent) at the drive thru window. I placed an order through Apple Pay, which didn’t go through to the store, but charged my credit card. The woman accused me of placing my order at the incorrect location (not true), saying I did something wrong, even though I showed her I was charged anyway. I don’t appreciate her yelling at me and embarrassing me with zero attempt to make anything right or even consider this was a technical error through Apple Pay. She was more focused on being right than considering this was a legitimate technical error. As I leave, she yells out “BYEEEEE” is a very sarcastic tone of voice. So incredibly rude and disrespectful! I had to drive around again, pay AGAIN, and this order went through. The only reason I drove back around was that I promised my partner Dunkin and I was running late. Meanwhile, I will be forced to file a chargeback for the DUPLICATE CHARGE, and I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere."

"Person running drive through we very pushy. Barely get something out and he would say that it. He read my drink back and had one wrong. I told him and he repeated it back the right way. A minute later I’m getting handed the drink the wrong way. Didn’t even bother trying to have them fix it. Won’t go back"

"I have rarely ordered food. The stores in this area offer a happy hour iced coffee drink for a very reasonable price. The staff are courteous and even ask if you want add ons in your order. I have never been handed a cup with coffee spilling down the side like other places in town."

"I come here about every other day before work. I enjoy their coffee and their wraps. Hash browns are a great flavor, but often times they are soggy. I thought I didn’t get my cc back. My husband ran up and asked about it because I had to go to work. The guy got the cameras up and it looks like I misplaced it through the shuffle. I usually use the app and I love it! The guy was really nice and accommodating. He wasn’t upset about it. Usually we don’t leave reviews for fast food, but we wanted to give a shout-out to that guy! Thanks for the help and being patient w us! I hope to find my card LOL"

"I come here all the time and get coffee for my husband and I. When I ordered today my hash browns where told my iced coffee tasted like coffee water with a hint of oat milk like this drink wasn’t even tan like it should be it was an darker brown. I normally order ahead but for my has browns to be cold was where I drew the line like how an why it’s like they made the order when I placed it."
