"Unless you want your car broken into every 2 weeks or your car towed do not move here. Also dont even think about calling the office because they are hardly ever open let alone answer when they are. It also take 3 weeks for them to respond to maintenance requests."

"If you move here, expect to have roaches and no pest control from management. I've been waiting 3 months for them to send out pest control because they never do pest control inside of the units. And I guess I'm getting roaches from my neighbors and I can't kill all the roaches in the entire complex. So it'll be nice if management would help me Great place to live if you love swarms of mosquitoes hanging out by your door. Also there's trash in the hallway that sits out there for weeks. Other than that it's a pretty quiet complex. You don't usually get a response to management when you ask them to spray from mosquitoes or send them emails but they're very nice to you if you're able to catch them in the office when they're not busy"

"This was by far the best customer service I have ever received! Ms.Linda ensured that everything went very smoothly! There was no delay in anything she ensured that when I received my move in date everything went well! She’s very attentive to my needs and answered all my questions! I am so happy that I chose Tramonti! The apts are very nice & quiet! This place is amazing considering the area. I am very pleased with my outcome as well as the top notch customer service received from the office manager! I am big on customer service and as a managers my self I critique everything and I’m pleased to say Job well done!!!"

"I would like to say that when you enter the office the property manager tries to act nicely with you but when you have a problem or try to fix a situation she starts to scream at that person very rude.And also elevators started to not work anymore but people already have done complaints but they seem not to care.And they will towed you're cars there even though you live there because I've seen cars with some type of lock on their tire. Will definitely not recommend to live there they are only looking for good rating so those apartments complex won't go down."

"My Mom moved over here almost 3 weeks ago and have had numerous of problems with her apartment. These are brand new apartments and seem like the residents were rushed to move in. Whoever were the builders for the apartment did a horrible job. Unfinished cabinets with nails sticking straight up which is a safety hazard, missing weather strip on the front door where you have to push the door hard to close. Now my Mom would of never knew about the door, if it wasn't for a neighbor passing through saying she could hear her through the door. She have cracks in between her cabinets next to her refrigerator, that should of been corrected before putting the refrigerator in it's spot. In the parking area where my Mom live there should of been a little walk through on the sidewalk, because it's definitely not handicapped friendly. You would have to step up to get on the sidewalk and it's steep I know because I am disabled and experience it every time I visit. Now the main problem is when she bring these issues to the office she is been brushed off with attitude. Going forward she now know that she have to put in a service order to have these issues resolved. My mother was excited about the apartments at first because they were low income and affordable. I will suggest that anyone moving over here make sure the apartment is completely finish before moving in."
