"I went there recently to get a part to repair a bathtub faucet and expected to pay more for the convenience of it being close by. I figured I could get it cheaper at Lowe’s or Home Depot. The owner or manager told me exactly what I needed and I came away only having to purchase seven dollars worth of washers and parts. Had i gone to Home Depot or Lowe’s, I would’ve had to purchase an entire unit at $40 or more. This Ace Hardware has the feel of the old hardware stores when I grew up as a kid where the owners and managers would personally help you select what you needed. I miss stores like this and the quality people who work in them!"

"I went in yesterday with a plumbing problem, and not only did the guys in the back know immediately how to help me with the parts I needed, they also helped me repair the part on the spot. Two guys went through a lot of time and effort (not to mention parts drawers!) to resolve an issue that I could never have fixed on my own, and I regard myself as somewhat handy. They have tools, a bench, and a great attitude, all of which will make me keep going back to them. I think their prices are reasonable, and if you only need one washer, you only have to buy one washer. Keep up the great customer service, guys and girls!"
