"Move in date Jan 25th, still in corporate housing Feb 8th. Severe water damage in master bedroom making it not livable. Thus I have been in corporate housing, far from my work. Edit: Feb 9th Currently livable, process and timeliness painful."
"Came with a friend for an appointment/tour. We received the confirmation for 10:15AM on Saturday. We arrived at 10:10 and no one was here. Hoping the manager or management can update the google hours or keep track of the scheduled appointments."
"What's worse than a moving day? Indeed, two moving days and being told you're gonna be homeless afterwards. First let me say that I am not a former or current resident but I know this particular move-in story firsthand and I have dealt with the management enough to formulate an opinion. I also believe this story is of significant interest to those who would one day consider moving into these apartments. This all started on a Friday afternoon, where my friend was told her apartment was not yet ready to move in. Her move-in day was the very next day. Rental van was already reserved, electricity plans had already been changed, internet plans had been cancelled, etc. Certainly my friend was moving somewhere on Saturday, apartment ready or not. The apartment manager (Lynda) offered my friend another apartment (one very close to the pool where people like to play reggaetón really loud). This was unacceptable. You don't move out of one noisy apartment to only move into a noisier apartment. The apartment manager assured her corporate housing could be made available to her for the next day. We found that even though corporate housing was indeed available, they would need to reach out to the corporate office to get approval for her to stay there. Given this occurred on the weekend, corporate was not answering anything which basically left my friend homeless on move-in day as far as Tuscany was concerned. In retrospect, I believe Lynda already knew this as of Friday and did not prepare us for the likelihood that my friend wouldn't be able to stay there. I will say Lynda did offer my friend a garage to store her things in and recognized this was a crappy situation to be in. While this did solve the problem of needing a place to put items, the garage was quite dirty, but at least her things were put somewhere. This goes without saying but my friend did have a legally binding lease in her hand, Tuscany didn't care at all. Took us almost a week and a lot of yelling over the phone to get the corporate office to finally absolve the lease, something she had to do before signing a new one."
"We live in the townhouse portion of the complex and absolutely love it. It's quiet and the neighbors are friendly. One of the huge upsides of living here is how incredible the staff is. Anthony does an amazing job of making sure things get tended to quickly and has a great listening ear. It's frustrating when something goes wrong in your home, and it is so much better when you have a staff that actually cares to get it done kindly, quickly, and respectfully."
"Must add this company updated there club house that only the employees work looks super nice. While the apartment are so out dated just shows you where they care to put there money’s. They put no money in the property unless it’s too trick you an thinking the whole place is that nice Tuscany apartments are TRASH!"
