"I've been here for 3 years and I love it. The staff is awesome and maintenance is prompt. Grounds are always kept clean. Great location for getting off and on i10 going east and west. It's a quick jump to 610 for 290 and the Galleria. Great restaurants and shopping nearby."

"I’m going into my 9th year living at Foxhall Apts, they are simply the best, especially when it’s time to renew your lease. I have only received maybe 5 rent increases in my 9 years and each time the increase amount never surpassed $20. Awesome!!!"
"Lived here a little over a year and still can't get over how much I loved it! Its very quiet, calm, and was overall pleasant living here. In my experience, any maintenance requests are resolved either same day or next day. The only con is it's a little inconvenient having guests over, because there's no way to buzz someone through the car gate. So, I had to walk outside the complex to bring them in. Honestly, that's minuscule compared to how easy and coinvent living here is. Especially with all utilities included, you really can't beat it."
