"Inside of apartment looks great, walls and floors are thin so you literally hear everything. If the wind blows the wrong way or it rains your power is out. Parking is a disaster you can register your vehicle and it will still get towed, no one will help you get it back on their mistake. Visitors can only register 3x a week but 6x a month. Complex has so many rules that change all the time without notice and they will violate you for it. Don't believe the pricing it's income based."

"Day 4 in my new apartment and I could not be happier! This brand new property is beautiful and well-kept. The community is very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is beautiful inside and hosts all the amenities you could want out of an apartment. There is plenty of parking, so no fighting over parking spots! The ENTIRE office staff has been very kind and helpful throughout the entire application process. I know I called and bothered them everyday, but they still took my calls and reassured me that everything was fine and that I WOULD be moving into this property. Ms. Cynthia kept her word after telling me she was going to have me in before Christmas, I got my keys two days before! I have absolutely no complaints and would definitely recommend this property to anyone! Thank you Edison Lofts!"

"I contacted this property by phone and spoke with Jasmine whom hung up in my face very disrespectful, Proceeded to come and visit the property in person without an appointment since anyone hardly answers the phone since they keep it on silent , Jasmine who very unprofessionally starts off by informing me that they are not showing right now before even greeting me , fast talked me the entire time, She didn’t even offer a brochure to take with me. Just highly unprofessional the property is very nice on the outside but Definitely need new office staff with better attitudes that actually want to do their job."
