Waterford Grove Apartments

"Worst experience ever with this apartment complex DO NOT GO HERE they will only take your money and not give you a unit. I called asked for info and also went personally same info was given, they asked me to do the application and pay fees got approved and "assigned" a unit. The lady that was doing my process said I could pay my deposit and month rent on my move in date when we signed contract and all but I got a call that I needed to pay my $500 deposit to hold the place, gave my money order under the complex name and went back on my move in date to get my appt and sign. Well they lied and made me go back and forth claiming they didn't have a key, later couldn't find it, and so many more lies (I even helped a lady that didn't speak English do her applications before red flags started to show, turns out they assigned ger the same unit as me that's when I also told her). Turns out they did not have a unit for me, they lied about the info given of prices and all, made me waste time and money going back and saying they would return it just needed the manager present, later claimed they didn't have the deposit in the system(it was already cashed by Waterford complex even went as far as to ask me lie and call the money order place and claim as lost), they asked to give them a forwarding address I did and I still haven't received my money back and know I will never get it so now I will proceed to expose them everywhere possible so people know the scams they run and things like this don't happen to yo. I lost most of my furniture due to not having a place to move in in time and obviously not enough money to rent a new place since they had take almost $800 from me even had the audacity to call me months later and let me know they now had an apartment for me months not weeks or days month. So yeah worst place everrrr all reviews are fake since plenty of people living here said to runnnn."

"Being a resident at Waterford grove has been quite pleasant and relaxing. There have been no issues and the leasing staff has always treated me with the upmost respect! They always are there to communicate with me and keep me up to date with things in our community . The security and maintenance team has been great! I have always felt safe living here, and every single maintenance issue has been fixed within the same day! Definitely recommend moving here without any doubts in mind."

Maintenance issues Was a big problem at my last place I lived They jump on those issues right away here . And that's important to me and my family I'm glad to be here"
