"They have the worst ac set up if there is a small wind storm the power goes out. When it's cold out they won't turn on the heat until it's down to 32 degrees they won't cut on the AC until it's above 85. Lights go out with a wind storm. All the problem is they won't change out the main breaker box even though a one bed room is 1300 a month they make plenty of money for them not to have that changed out. Worst apartments I have ever been to. Also they have 4 visitors parking for the whole place. If your there and parked in a non reserved parking they will tow you and they also just tow you even though you have a sticker. The manager and the tow truck driver must have a scheme going on. They don't give the deposit back even though a deposit was given upfront when trying to get in to the apartment."

"I usually do not do reviews but I want to make an effort to applaud the new management on-site at The Blue Apartments. Jessica and Denise have taken such good care of me and my family’s needs. The apartments are being renovated, quite apartments, and whenever I have a concern or issue, Jessica wastes no time making it right quickly. Small complex yet it’s nice to feel at home here, I can’t express enough how amazing Jessica and Denise have been to me, they are down to earth and make me feel like I do matter, not often you find good management these days."

"We have lived here for over a year. It is an all utility included property. Apart from cosmetic issues that do get fixed if you tell the office everything is decent. The only issue is that you only have access in the hotter months and heater during winter. Other than that everything else is very much what you see is what you get. People are nice. Neighbor's are quiet. People are very likely to be friendly and respectful. I like it here The reason for three stars is because flooding is minimal though it is often.."

"Ive been here 9 months now & am very pleased. I feel safe with all the cameras. It's very peaceful & quiet here. Yes they do have parties but do respect. No loud music in the parking lots. I see one comment about rats. I myself have not seen any. Not even roaches but a few but I handle that myself. Luv that the air is always functioning n very cold. They do fix problems right away as reported. The management is very sweet n polite n also the maintenance workers have well manners. I have bumped into the owner walking n he is also polite."
