"Where to start, I have lived on different properties and by far this has been a nightmare. Be aware of the tour and the display apartment because it is not what it seems. Once you get your apt it will be a constant battle with roaches [all sizes], as well as mold. whenever you contact management they tell you that someone will come to address issues and no one ever shows. If you enjoy a community that smells like dog urine and feces this is the place for you there is constant dog waste where ever you walk so watch your step. My dishwasher was not been working for about 4 months I put in request but hey guess what it’s still not fixed. Also the few times anywork would be done they are supposed to ask you if they can enter your apt if your not there. As any sane person I decline that because I wouldn’t want a stranger in my apt but guess what here at parc they’ll enter even without your permission. This I know because I have a small Camera in the living room. I will definitively not be renewing this lease. But this has been my experience do what you will with that information."

"It’s sad that I have to write a review . Because the office will not return my emails , voice message, and I’ve sent multiple maintenance requests online , and I even went in the office twice and my issue is still not handled. I told the office multiple times that I need maintenance to come fix this mold on my walls in my washer room that has a smell from something that was leaking . And I also complaint about the roach infestation in my house . So far maintenance haven’t came and I still haven’t gotten an update about the solution to my roach infestation issue . I’ve been living here for 7 years and I have never had issues that were not resolved until now . Update :so after complaining about the roaches and living in mold for about two weeks and suddenly feeling sick they finally sent a contractor to fix the mold . And agreed to to transfer me to an upgraded unit with a $250 deposit . So I was informed the new apt would be ready in two weeks I was suppose to move in the new unit Feb 20 ,but they switched my move date to Feb 23 and again to Feb 27 . keep in mind I had to keep rescheduling my movers 3 times because they kept telling me the apartment wasn’t ready which I wasn’t informed of the pushbacks unless I walked inside the office . I finally move in the apartment on Feb 27 and it doesn’t look exactly like the model that they show you so don’t expect that if you move here . They didn’t have my washer and dryer on the day of move in like they said I would they end up saying it was on back order for 2 weeks . My AC didn’t work and my bathroom sink was leaking under the cabinet, my bedroom carpet was very dirty and needed to be really replaced since they claim they were upgrading all the units after they shampooed the carpet it still had a stinky smell . And the list goes on I will not recommend or renew my lease here I’m not sure what’s going on after management changed but these apartments have changed dramatically."

"It's a shame that I have to write a review here, because they are not returning my phone calls nor answering my emails. So now that I have your attention. Will you all please send me an itemized list, that you called me 08/24/23 and said that you were going to send to me. It took you nearly 3 months to send the deposit, now I'm still waiting for the itemized list. Now I'm asking again will you send me my itemized list. Here's and update. I finally got the move out list of what we were charged for. So come to find out they owe us $800.00 back in deposit fees. I'm not going to wait a year to get my money. I'm trying to understand a corporate company, that doesn't try to resolve issues. When you make a complaint all they put: Sorry to hear about your issues. please email or call blah blah blah. I'm done with calling no EVER calls back or reach out. I want my money I've been gone from these apartments since April. And i just can't do it anymore. You all have 30days to figure this out. I'm getting an attorney and I whatever I paid for them I will sue you to get that back. How could you look over having $800.00 deposit of my money"
