I have written several letters, called the on Complex security, contacted the office several times and no one is getting back to me. At this point I will be getting legal action because I'm tired of not sleeping."

"I’ve just moved in this week, but I’ve toured the property and have visited on several occasions prior to move in. This is a peaceful property with great management. The work orders I’ve submitted are addressed in a timely fashion, and my move in couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Very pleased."

"Nothing irritates me more than going into a place of business and not at the very least being acknowledged. It's really the first thing you learn in customer service. I understand people can be busy, and I don't mind that at all. If I need to wait, I need to wait, even if it will be for hours, that's fine. Telling a patron that they need to wait, a simple 'give me a minute, sir', 'I'll be with you momentarily' actually goes a long way. It actually acknowledges their existence and that they are important enough to your business to not be completely ignored."

"I’ve lived at Caroline Uptown West for 4 years and my time here has been a blessing. It’s peaceful , safe , the management team is wonderful and if i have any needs weather it be a maintenance request or just a question i need answered by management they are always quick and efficient in assisting me. The management team led by Kelsey is amazing! She has been very helpful and kind with any help I’ve ever needed as well as Hailey and other staff members! I’m thankful for my time here and will be sad to go once my lease is up! I would recommend anyone who wants to find affordable comfortable living to consider moving into Caroline Uptown West! "This place made my moving experience a complete hell before I was able to move in. DO NOT APPLY, ITS A SCAM. First I applied and they took 2weeks to come back to tell me I was denied due to low income (which was false, I make more than they are required) Haley, the leasing consultant, told me she would resubmit my info. A MONTH LATER and I have still not heard anything from this property regarding my app. It does not take a month to approve/deny someone. I applied for a different apt, that cost more and cost approved the next day. No one cares here, they tell you lies just to get you app money and fake deny you. DO NOT APPLYYYYYY. save your time and money."
