"I looked at over 20 apartments in the area before choosing Alanza Brook. It was by far the best deal for my money. Not only did the apartment have more square footage for the price, the grounds are well-kept, security regularly patrols and meets tenants, there are no pest issues or flooding parking lots. The pool is always clean, as are other communal amenities and the gates are often locked, although they're open more than I would like since someone crashed into one of them and it hasn't been repaired. I worked with Anna Louisa and she has been wonderful. She always greets me when I enter the office, she is professional and friendly. Most of the time when I go into the office she is the only one there. When other employees are there, they rarely look up from their phones to greet me or ask if they can help, even when there is a line of tenants waiting on Anna Louisa. That says something about the customer service! If Anna Louisa ever leaves, we're screwed as tenants! Hopefully now that they have a new management company they will require some customer service training for the other employees and they can be more present and tenants won't feel like we're bothering them when we need something."
