"We love this place. Jack is prompt and professional with the maintenance, often coming the same day we request help and always gets the job done. The neighbors are the kindest and friendliest we have ever had. It's very green and cozy inside, though it's nothing fancy. It's very secure, with cameras and working gates everywhere, which is important on this street. The staff are helpful and prompt with requests. Though one can always wish for upgrades (a repaired fountain and even prettier landscaping!) this is a real bargain for the location. We've lived here nearly three years with a dog and a baby and highly recommend the place!"

"Do not be fooled about these apts or manager...The manager Teresa Fuller scandlous and corrupt as the owners. Some apts flood and have roaches, and centipedes..I felt like I was walking on eggs the entire time I've resided here! (Not all apts flood) I had some awesome neighbors! .But everything went. VERY SOUR due to TX Wood Roaches (Palmetto Roach), and continuous problems with 3 non working ovens, my toliet backing up and so many other unbelievable/unimaginable issues with this apt. #57.. No garbage disposals did not find out until I moved in! Problems due to flooding and the complex drainage system and mulch. (Dirty manure, mulch water came up through kitchen floor and same filthy water breached front door) Enclosed fenced patio was like a swimming pool) Rain water not able to go down drains due to mulch being put everywhere on property) So far my apt has flooded twice. A Houston, City Inspector stated "will happen again." I called 311 due to fear for my life and my dog as my belongings. On top of insult to injury I am a handicapped senior and one of these nasty woodroaches went into my dogs ear and died now continuous vet bills and my sweet dog suffered. No apologies from management for all of this suffering and inconvenience or vet bills.(What most people want is a decent place to reside with reasonable rent and not a 100 problems nor management that is rude and or condescending when you are the person suffering zero compassion from these people. Teresa does not care that the roach got in my dogs ear after me complaining and telling her the situation and he has suffered for this there is no hell hot enough for her and her callousness behaviors. If you stand up for your renters rights or speak back to Teresa you will be told to move out even when you are right Owners disgraceful! BEWARE of certain apts! Privately owned and hide who they are again BEWARE. Yes even after all that my son cleaned apt this so called manager refused to return deposit and she has a history of not returning deposits... i allege she has criminal deceptive behaviors. Do not be fooled!"

"I came to deliver...came by at sundown ,.it's soooo dark and scary, broken gates, people walking around in the dark posted up on corners... uneven sidewalk/roads... on the plus side they buildings had address #'s on them visible... I hope I don't have to comeback"

"We had a very unprofessional, immoral experience living here. A year after we moved in, we did not receive an option to renew our lease. Instead, the manager, Theresa, told us the system to renew leases was down and that we were on a month-to-month basis. I suspected this was untrue, but I let it go for a few months. When I went in again to ask for a lease to protect myself I was again fed the same story. After several months of this, we were served a letter telling us to leave. No explanation was given, we had never caused any problems, always paid rent on time, we were just told to leave. What's more, when we did leave, we cleaned the apartment very thoroughly and took videos and pictures of how we left it. It was very clean. As I anticipated, after we moved out, the manager tried to bill us for "damage" to the apartment. She was very surprised to see that I had documented the apartment with videos and photos and could prove she was lying. Needless to say she backed down. I hated this woman Theresa after this treatment. Then, about a year later, my little son was invited to the the complex to see his friend who lived there. Since we only lived across the street at the time, he rode his bike over. The manager came out of her office and told my son, who was about 8 at the time, that he had to leave the property. This was the last straw. I called her and told her, without being trashy or cursing since I am not that type of person, that she was a disgrace and had no right to tell him that he couldn't visit his little friend. This woman is shameful and disgusting and, sad to say, other reviews had warned me of this before I moved there but I brushed them off. I hope no one brushes my review off because the whole thing was bad form."

"It will be my second year living in this apartment complex. Overall, I am really happy living here. It is very clean, tranquil, and safe. The managers are really nice and management assists me swiftly whenever something is wrong. In addition, it is located in a nice neighborhood with nearby stores and even The Galleria- which is something difficult to find at an affordable price. I highly recommend living here if you are looking for somewhere safe, nice, and affordable."
