I’ve been here about two years and have never seen any real plumbers on site to repair water leaks from bathtubs and toilets etc. With that being said, almost ALL of the units are heavily infested with mold. Some more than others. My neighbor had a leak for almost a whole year and they never properly repaired it. The AC here is a joke. Best believe you will need to invest in a window unit if you move in. Why do you think some residents opt to put their own units in their apartment???? Because it randomly stops working in the summer time, meaning you will have no a/c for a day or two in this heat!! HELLO!!!"
