"I love it here. I moved in February. I work remote and never have to worry about unnecessary noise. The location is great if you like to get a quick walk in every now and then. I sometimes walk to Petco, Dollar Tree or even Michaels. My experience with management has been awesome. If I leave a msg; I've always received a callback. If I have a concern it's always addressed. I'm born and raised in Houston which means I know you should be doing your own maintenance bug control. I don't think a lot people understand this should be done in addition to what maintenance does so I will drop the name Advion. Great neighbors as well."

"WARNING!!!! bait and switch complex and management. Dont trust the virtual tour provided as that unit looks amazing even if not renovated but the actual units are not the same. doors repainted with a multitude of coats of paint as well as counter tops if those are not renovated, cabinets have mismatching fronts and look cheap not as the one in the virtual tour, door handles when i went to inspect my actual move in units all loose, roaches all over the floor "but they tell you they gonna spray pest control" which base on what i saw it needs more than that. I dodge a bullet as during app process they promise you a certain charge for admin and app fee which is understandable but during application online at the end there's a disclaimer that upon approval they will charge you $300 extra. when i question management they clearly stated that no it was a "security deposit" towards unit. after further inspection of the possible tentative unit i would be moving to i decided what was represented as noted above was not what was agreed upon and decided to cancel. Management then flat out turned unresponsive and uncaring towards needs or concern and when i ask for the alleged security deposit that needed to be refunded they refused and just push me to speak with the underwriters which i got same non caring result and flat out were denying that due to cancellation they were going to keep security deposit which was not even suppose to have been charge until move in date. Thankfully after much back and forward via email and phone luckily i had some emails wherein Sara and management had indicated that amount was a security deposit and not to worry and continue application which in turn made them refund me my money back, but if it wasn't for a small proof of their shadiness and confirmation of what they had said in writing believe me i would not have gotten my money without legal recourse. I dodge a bullet and warning everyone to be on the look out for bait and switch on charges, fees and actual units you are moving into as what is represented is not reality. Throughout this process i was always very professional and straight forward but management def pull out their fangs when it was not towards their convenience"

"I love my apartment but.... I have been waiting for them to change my storage door for 5 months now. The door lock doesn't work and the door itself it's in a really bad shape. I was told that the door will be fixed the day I decided to get the apartment.The storage is outside and how can I use it if I can't lock it? Till this day they are ignoring the issue, even though I have asked so many times."

"This place is a dump. They will nickel and dime you when you move out. I had a mold problem they never fixed because of a leak they never fixed. Thanks to Tuscany Park and their lack of management I was blamed for the musty smell and forced to pay for the apartment to be cleaned. I highly suggest that in a city as large as Houston you pick any place else as it's a pretty good shot you'll be better off in the long run."

"We moved into Tuscany Walk at the end of Jan 2019. Our first apartment experience in Houston so far has been wonderful. We love the location and the neighbours are quiet and generally friendly. The apartment is old but decent and spacious. There have been issues -such as electrical outlets not working and a leak from the toilet- but these were resolved by maintenance. We also had a mouse issue but that too was addressed quickly by management. They were on top of it and all the crevices under under the kitchen cabinets were blocked right away. No mouse sighting since :) The management team of Kimmie, Robyn and Eric have been amazing! My husband and I have made several trips to the office and each time, we have been greeted with warm and friendliness (Robyn has even made me coffee and tea :) ) Thank you guys, we really appreciate you and the way you have resolved our issues. We hope that our experience here at Tuscany Walk continues to be wonderful."
