"Bad experience living here they don’t fix anything everything in my house has been broken for over 5 months I left these apartments after 1 month of not paying rent they went inside my apartment saying we don’t belong here and the owner called CPs on me and I don’t have any kids they tried to get our supposedly kids taken away from me because the owner felt disrespected I had left trash out bcz I’m moving of course it’s gonna be dirty do not live here I will be protesting against the owner and the apartments there is a pending police report on the owner for giving false information and for entering a dwelling with occupants. :)"

"I left the place three years ago.I had no issues and the manager then appealed on me to stay but I needed a bigger place after 18months. Only issue was, he said i should pay additional $200 which may take care of any other cost like power, which was usually less than a $100 all the years i have lived there. I told him he has my $250 deposit that should sort out and he should let me know whatever. I never heard anything from them or any other issues, only to be called from nowhere by collection agent that i was owning them $700. They even lied that i over stayed. Let me warned that if the persist i will sue carrington court for 1. Intention to fraudulent collect money from me after i was given clearance. 11. Defamation of character/ fraudulent credit report because the man said he was going to report to credit Please be advised Thanks Elijah Ikem"

"I am so happy for the new staff and manager for the office. They are working very well along with the maintenance... I will recommend this property...."

"I used to live here last year. Worst of the worst. Every couple months management would change and every time we asked for maintenance, they would never come. Our contract stated we payed ONLY $1,100 yet we ended up paying $1,800. We were done so we decided to move. I do not recommend. The only good thing is the shopping center by there. I loved walking to the Starbucks there."

"I have lived in Carrington court for 2 years now the first year was okay but this second year has been absolutely DISGUSTING!!! I have noticed a steep decline in new residents the management leases to. There is ALWAYS police here ALWAYS riff raff hanging around. It’s so upsetting when you come home after a hard days work with your child and see police cars and constant drama.Not to mention every winter the hot water shuts off this winter there was no hot water for 2 weeks!!! The 1st laundry room for the first building has burnt down so it’s impossible to do laundry and the gates are never secured so you have homeless people coming into the complex charging there phones in the laundry room and doing drugs VERY SCARY. Farhana from the management team is friendly and has fixed things when I’ve asked her but she is gone now the leasing office staff changes every 2 to 3 months so they know nothing!. I can’t wait till my lease is up to love BIG BIG BIG mistake resigning the lease. I would leave zero stars if possible"
