Costa Mesa

"If you like crime, noise and no security this is the perfect place for you. In my one year lease I saw in 3 occasions police persecutions. In front of the apartment there is a small shop that is always filled with homeless/drug sellers. Every week you can hear a shootout. The front gate does not work and never did, it's locked with a chain and has a hole we're people walk in. The back gate is always damaged and completely open. The maintenance lady is really good at least I can agree with that but it does not solve the main security issues. My best friend lives here and his car got stolen. Afterwords he moved out. My porch chairs got stolen. Several times in the night I've seen homeless people randomly getting in and begging for money. Last time it was a lady at 2am and almost gave me a heart attack as I did not see her arrive. 7 months after I left this building after paying my last month and getting no deposit back, I got a recollection notice. It seems I got sent to collections for 200$ for no reason. I literally finished my contract told them I was leaving and signed and gave them all my deposit. What is more ridiculous is that they did not even provide evidence for the so called debt. Anyways I payed it but never going back to this getto/dangerous apartments"

"Very friendly environment! The leasing office is a big help always when needed, the manager Mayra always goes out of her way to satisfy us here at the community even on her days off! Everyone here is friendly and looks out for one another! Costa Mesa is the BEST!"
