"If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a serious health hazard. You’re literally living with roaches and mold. Do not live here. You will end up having to trash 1/2 of your belongings due to mold. Don’t forget the walls are paper thin. You can hear the tv of the people above you, the conversation of the people next to you and the alarm or the people across the hall from you….. not a quiet, nice place to live in."

"By far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Residents throw thrash all over the halls and parking lot as if they lived in a dumpster. Clothes, trash and cigarette butts all over the place. You pay $1600 on rent itself to live with roaches, poor plumbing and lack of management assistance that do not help at all and yet they pretend to care which they do not! The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors conversations from above and below. Management raised “fixed utility prices for “trash and pest control” that shouldn’t have been increased due to it being fixed but they still did it anyway, but yet where is my money going to?? Ive had to invest my own personal money to try to minimize the pest issue, but they keep coming back. This is a roach infestation, and the “organic pest “ medicine they use is useless. They are everywhere in my fridge, cabinets, laundry, room and kitchen. I’ve asked for them to fix the issue which they still have not and it’s been 10 months!!! When you call staff they either don’t answer, but when they do answer they say they’ll take care of the problem but don’t do anything! I’ve emailed and call and had no success. It’s December 24,2023. I called and spoke to staff about trash being thrown next to my apartment which is not a beautiful sight to see before Christmas, and yet the trash is still there. They said they would take care of it and it’s been days since they said that and it’s still there!!!!! More likely my family and friends will see this disgusting view that I have to view which is so embarrassing when your supposably paying to live in a beautiful place which is the complete opposite! I have had enough and this was the only way for my voice to be heard to prevent others from going through the same experience as I had too."

"I’ve reached out to management regarding the SERIOUS roach issue and there was no solution. It’s unsanitary and gross to live here. You get charged for pest control monthly, but there’s still no solution to the infestations. I’ve had to spend my own money to keep it controlled. At this point I’ll be attempting to go a different route to be able to leave this uninhabitable apartment because it’s unacceptable to be living this way . Save yourself the waste of money and look to rent elsewhere Update: after this review, management sent out pest control. Weeks later, the bugs are getting worse . I’m sure with this type of infestation there’s really no solution. I have small children and it’s unacceptable to have them around this . "The worst apartments I have ever lived in. I been living here almost 2 yrs now. Management is rude at times. They don't work with you. They change management so much, to where you can hardly keep up with them.The apartments are infested with roaches. I am paying almost 1500 dollars to live with roaches. Lets not mention the mold. When I moved into my first unit, I went 4 months without a working stove. The second unit that I moved into, had a big puddle of water on the kitchen floor. It's been a horrible experience."
