"This is the worst Casey's I've ever been to. It's unfortunate that I live in Hanna City and they have a monopoly in this town. The manager is rude,lazy,and unprofessional. I use the most common tobacco product in America and they have been out of stock for over a month. I've had problems getting the pumps to work. The pumps never have receipt paper in them. All of the employees act like they are bothered by having to assist you. Not one cashier knows how to count change back they just dump it out into your hand. Sometimes you'll look at the pizza warmers and it will only have 2 slices on 3 shelves that look like they've been sitting there for hours. The ice in the soda machine has black mold. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"I always have problems here! Today was no different! The pump wouldn't let me get past the Casey's Rewards screen so I could pump gas! I DO NOT play musical pumps. If the first one don't work I'll go elsewhere. I had to drive an extra 10 miles or so to get my gas. I will run my truck out of gas looking for another station before I EVER pull into a Casey's again! If it's not the pumps, it's the air for tires. This place ALWAYS has something that does not work."

"I work in the agriculture industry and frequent many small town Casey's. Tonight at the Hannah City location I witnessed something I couldn't believe, the guy making pizzas was actually raising his voice to customers being rude, belligerent, and aggressive. One lady in particular he yelled at he told her she lied about placing an order and was just trying to steal a pizza from Casey's. I also heard multiple people say they had been waiting an extremely long time as well. Not sure what this guys problem is but I won't be back to this Casey's to find out, I can't believe this Casey's allows their staff to conduct themselves in this manner."

"Great place for gas and diesel fill up. Then step inside for a quick cold drink and snack. If you have a few minutes they will make a hot fresh pizza or fresh sandwich to go or sit at one of the few dinner tables and enjoy your goodies. They're not the everyday gas station. They have more, they have what you need or close to it."

"I just moved to Hanna City couple months ago I have lived in Illinois and been to many different Casey’s around Illinois but this one is by far the worst one I’ve been to. I’ve tried to give them chance after chance but never gets better if you want to wait in line while 2 employees stand around and watch one work with a line almost out the door come to this Casey if u want to be helped by people who seem not like the job they have and never seem to be in a good mood and the attitude they have reflects on to the way they treat the customers this is the Casey’s for also if you go to any town around Hanna City gas is cheaper because they have zero Competition"
