(For some it was necessary inconvenience) but necessary). All work requests are handled immediate. If its a emergency, its prioritized. There are several apartment Floorplans that are upgraded. "Do not waste your time renting from this place. They will also encourage and make you think you were approved just to take your deposit and turn around and create a story as to why you were not approved. Then they will tell you you lost all the money they took from you. Not only did they take an application fee, they charged me a security deposit and the lady Cindy asked me to come into the office with an administration fee. She made me sign a contract telling me that the apartment won't be ready until the first week of September and when I called them day to check how the apartment was coming along she decided all of a sudden I have a criminal record."
