"BUGS, BROKEN GATES, RUDE STAFF, UNSAFE. Terrible is the only word that comes to mind when describing these apartments! Beg Bugs, Roaches, and Ants are nothing compared to the attitude of the staff. Rude people, who lied to my face! Our light went out on the stairs months ago, and has never been fixed. Which is dangerous to bring anything up the stairs, which are pulling out of the building. The parking area is starting to look like the face of the moon again because of the massive holes reforming in it. I am sure management did not notice the light went out above our stairs because they will not come here at night. Oh and they lied saying the gates work, the few times they did closed they locked me in the complex so I was late to work. The front desk answered the phone and told me "We know." Well 'we know' does not fix my time clock that says I was late. I am sorry if you need to live here, especially since the gates never lock. After a few months a strange man ran up the stairs at my girl friend, then got in a car and drove off after she ran in the apartment and locked the door. Not to say abduction, but when the gates don't lock, who knows who comes in here. Oh and I have seen more cops and DEA agents at night here, btw. Oh and the apartments are so infested with bugs the maintenance people who lived below us moved. So nice that maintenance can't even control the ants, beg bugs, or roaches. This place is a nightmare. Hope this review saves you frustration and a horrible experience."

"i have stayed in these apartments and havent had any MAJOR issues here, yeah the maintenance is lacking in great service but the office staff is always nice to me when i come in to do anything. it stays pretty quiet where me and my family stay at and i like it here. they need to kick out the lazy maintenance guys and move forward location is also great get to where im goin in a hurry and i plan on stayin for a while here until i buy myself a house i say as long as you pay rent on time and keep to yourself you dont have a problem"

"I will start off by saying the manager Jeremy is nice but maybe too nice because his employees are assholes and he refuses to do anything about it. If you move here dont expect for your work orders to be but in until you call multiple times!!!!! Your voice is not heard seeing as the manager of this property is also the regional and he will do anything to protect his girls. Smh MOVE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!"

"I been with this appartment for almost two years and rent is 105 more then what I first start paying . They never fix anything you have to call them 4 to 5 times for the same issues I went on vacation and came home to a boot on my door and eviction notice I was pissed off because a paid my rent early and was locked out of my appartment the manager just said a light sorry then open my door today I got a call saying that they lost my keys for the 2nd time Im starting to think somthing fishy is going on like them enter appartments when tents are not home and taking things someone needs to be held accountable for this .some one was supposed to come and change my lock at 6:30 today still no sign of them will wait until 7:30 then I will replace it my self this is not a good place to live because your rent will go up but nothing is ever fixed and they make to many mistakes that could lead to being sued . Update they are now sticking residents with outrageous 105.00 water bills Im started to think we are paying water bill for the property usage as well the grounds are not kept dog poo is everywhere and the play area for the little ones look like a war zone they try to make it seem like a good place to live but it's not they also Change the name to get rid of bad reviews"

"i have been living here since 2010, i started in a studio apt that rented for $380.00. I moved to the large 1 bedroom for 635.00, now we signed a 6 month lease and they went up to 685.00. the object for apartment complex owners is to fill up the apartments, well the people that already live there that pay rent on time, and have no complaints their rent shouldn't go up by $50.00. the cost of living is going up but not wages. The rich get richer and poor get poorer. there is a African resident that been living there for 3 yrs, she started off paying 600.00 now she paying 900.00 that's a 100.00 jump every time she renews. also they can not keep a staff for nothing it seems like every 3 to 6 months there is a new face.....This is October 7, 2014 I have a "new complaint" my wife has put in a order to fix our faucet in the bathroom which was over 8 days ago along with our a/c vent there is black stuff all around it and there is no telling what we are breathing in and they still haven't fixed it yet. Well to add insult to injury my wife call me at work saying that there is water all over the bathroom from the a/c unit which we had fixed before. She called them back to back 6 to 8 times and it went to voice mail.mind you she works over night from 7 pm to 7 am. She was sleeping and got up to use the bathroom and walked in water, & since they would not pick up the phone, she had to get dress and go to the office. She address the one of the staff about the incident the staff member did not say I'm sorry to hear that she look at her and said whats the problem. They changed the name of the apartments with no notice no note on the door or nothing, I came home one day and thought I was at the wrong place. But they are quick to put a notice on your door about rent, which we never been late on. We have new staff again you never know who will be in there. Management there is HORRIBLE...don't move here."
