"DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD ! First off, The name "WATERS" at Westchase is a JOKE. They ALWAYS turn off the water. I went 5 days straight taking cold showers due to "repairs" they make almost daily and most times they give no notice at all that the water will be turned off. If they would stop being so cheap and spend the money to fix it properly the first time tenants wouldn't have to go through this. When you address the water issue they claim it's "repairs" each time and give no discount towards rent or the water fee. When I moved in DAY 1 I saw roaches, they never came to spray or treat the issue so I had to pay out of pocket to take care of it myself. They even painted over dead roaches prior to me moving in. All of my counter tops were sticky when I moved in, resin residue, I had no choice but to use contact paper on all my counters to even place things on the counter tops. Appliances are TRASH dishwasher/stove/fridge very old, caused my food to spoil at one point. I had to have a lot of things fixed when I moved in things to this day are still falling apart because they half a** fixed it to begin with. Central air broke (multiple times), bedroom door knob broke (since day 1) , toilet paper holder broke (since day 1) , gap in my front door that allows pest easy access into my place, mail boxes broken into, gates are always broken, they repaired wood in my patio area and NEVER painted it to match the older wood making it look VERY tacky. This place is the WORST. I would NEVER recommend anyone to move here the staff/management does not care at all just money hungry. Stray cats everywhere, trash everywhere, AVOID this place at all costs. You can find better ANYWHERE else ! This has honestly been the worst living experience in my life."
"These apartments are absolutely horrible! The maintenance are unprofessional & never have the proper tools or supplies. Always have to β put an order in β to get any work done . The parking is terrible & they tow . On top of that they have rats & roaches ! The hot water is constantly being cut off the a/c is always breaking ! They will give you a window unit but need it back asap because someone else needs it ! They are money hungry slumlords ."
"When I came to apply , Natasha was very welcoming , informative and helpful. I got my apartment after the cold front. Little small details inside the apartment, yes the reviews can throw you off .. but honestly for the price its a beautiful home inside. I spoke to Janett and she was very quick to fix my issues. Im comfortable where im at ,ive met my neighbors and they were so welcoming . Props to Janett and Natasha they are very welcoming and sweet managers."
"Never had any hot water issues more than once in a stay at an apartment. Maybe I'm lucky. However. As a licensed Plumber, I know a thing or two ab boilers and hot water. Our hot water has been cut off 10 times now in the past 9 days. 2 emails that don't even make sense were sent at random times. The people in the office don't hire licensed people. I know because I walk up to them and show them my license every time I see one from a "Licensed Company". Not one has even known what it was. The Manager doesn't care ab anything other than coming over budget for his bonus. Else long term repairs would me made, instead of band aid after band aid. Don't rent here. Please. You will thank me. Also, here is what our air intake looks like. Moved in and found it this way. Roaches, even if you keep your place spotless. The noise from the second floor to the first is absurd. 0 Stars if I could. Edit: Showed the wife the review and she had this to say "Damn and that's not even going into everything like the mice, shootings, washers not working, water bill being stupid high for their add on fees, counter tops that chipped away, and more". Thank you for the reminders. People need to know. Update: In reply to your response. I will say this. If i catch another unlicensed worker here working on a potable water source on a multi family domicile. I will have an Inspector here faster than they can leave. If the hot water issues persist, I will inform the appropriate governmental body. (You are scared of them. You know who it is). Then fines and whatnot can be levied. Good show not addressing the Air intake picture. Shows the quality and care you take, Mr. Manager. I've read enough of your emails to know you wrote this. Sent to us and ones you have exchanged with other residents. Things will not go well should I catch you breaking the law. I am home all day every day with a crippling disease. Believe me. I am the last you want to ire. I will be watching and continuing to document the happenings here. To the ladies that work in the office, you have always been helpful and informative. Thank you for that. The only reason that this review has a star at all is because you all are what actually keeps this place going. While the manager hides in his office."
"ROACHES! When I briefly stayed at this property, I got an email saying maintenance deemed that my unit was not infested. Last time I checked roaches are out when its dark and they always came when I wasn't home during the DAY, so I coudn't even show them the areas I saw the roaches coming out of. But seeing 6-10 roaches while cooking, alone doesn't sound like a coincidence. I LITERALLY woke up slapping myself because a roach crawled on my face while I was asleep IN MY BED. I met other tenants with kids who had the same complaints! Rent is/ was dirt cheap, and I guess that's what you get when you in a place like that."
