"DOOOO NOT LIVE HEREEEE!! I was visiting my family for the week, FIRST THING FIRST the guy doing the lawn maintenance was looking through my window made me super super uncomfortable. SECONDLY there is alot of violence at night being heard including gun shots and loud yelling. THIRDLY I ordered something from Amazon with 2 day shipping and my package got stolen. I didnt even live there but had a super super bad energy while staying around this location. Not to mention having to have the trash outside because a cockroach will come up while you’re showering. Save your money and mental health. I love love Houston but not this place. God blessss it!!"

"please do not move here. I recently moved here and was lied to. The gate has been broken over a year. The pool have not worked over a year anytime you ask them about. When is the pool or gate gonna be fixed the manager I think her name is Francesca states the parts for the gate are too expensive and the gate they are waiting to see the city to clear them to open the pool. When I was moving in, she told me the pool has been closed for two months because of maintenance , but I found a later it has been closed over a year. She said the same thing about the gate to I was told by my neighbor It also has been broken over a year and all management does is giving excuses after excuses .Cars has been broken in two people has been robbed on property three cars has been stolen and the office staff never reported any of this to the tenant. our mailbox was broken into four times. We was never notified. I had to go to the office and complain why Tenants wasn’t notified. Then we were sent out a letter about the mailbox being broken once, and they claimed that they had been notifying us, but that was a lie. Just yesterday the mailbox was broken in again all they can say oh we reported to the police. They are not trying to do anything to fix the problems they not coming out with no kind of action plan what to do so this won’t keep occurring.. I am waiting for Molly to be up to get the hell out of here!"

"I applied to Apex Royal Oaks apartment, and despite being denied, I was patient about my deposit. However, it took them over a month to return it. Strangely, before receiving my deposit, they claimed I owed them $500+ for a move-out balance from a place I never lived in. I've attempted to call them over five times with no response. Today, I received an email threatening to send the bill to collections if not paid. What's more frustrating is that I've been dealing with this for over three months, having paid an application fee of over $300, and still haven't been contacted back by them. I strongly advise avoiding this place."

"I’ve lived here for a few months now and it's been great.Florence and Franchesca were amazing every step of the way. They were able to answer my questions quickly. The move in process was very streamlined, which was completely opposite from the reviews I’ve read. I moved from out of town. Everyone was so helpful. The apartment complex is safe, secure, and in a good location. The staff is nice and always communicating information through email. Highly recommend!"
