"I wish I could give 0 stars. The apartment complex is nice however, the management has the worst communication ever. I was told that I was approved for an apartment, but then 3 days later I was told that I was denied due to my co-applicants “criminal history.” After the denial, I asked whether I would be refunded the administrative fee and was told yes but then the next day I was told no due to my co-applicant not disclosing “criminal history”. If that is true that “criminal history” has to be disclosed, then what is the purpose of a background check. This application process has been such a nightmare and stressful. I now have to find another apartment in such little time."

"Antara greeted my husband and I with a smile and welcoming conversation about the brand new apartments. The location is great and so far the only concern would be parking once it’s completed and full. Other than that I leased and moved in within 10 days!!! Any questions or concerns were clearly answered or taken care of. So far so good."

"Wonderful customer service! My parents stopped by for a tour a few days ago and Sonia did an incredible job! They live in the area so they were looking for a apartment close by but they only speak Spanish. Sonia seriously went above and beyond to help them. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Thanks to her, my parents are excited to be moving in soon. Honestly this was the best experience for them and it meant so much to me that they were taken care of. We appreciate her help so much that I decided to write this review because if anyone is looking for a new place I definitely want to recommend Willow Plaza. Not just because the building is new but because of the quality of amazing customer service you're going to have here."
