"I stopped by to look at an apartment over the weekend and everything was great, the location is nice, the assistant manager was great, nice, courteous, very professional and detailed in her explanations. Great job Brookbend!!!"

"I've been living here for 5 years and I loved the old management especially jenny. But when they got the new ladies they were so rude and didn't uphold the standards that Jenny left with. I have been treated horrible and not have my apartment needs met with Miriam and Vanessa. They do not help with anything and are extremely rude when you ask for help concerning the apartments."

"When I first moved here they used to be very responsible and made you feel at home. Idk if they changed management or what but it's a disaster, every couple weeks or so they keep shutting off the water, wether it be the hot or cold. They charge for everything and on top of that you can't even decorate for Christmas."

Roaches galore . If you want roaches in your children ear and mouth then move into these disgusting apartments. Nothing works in these apartments. Nothing but Scammers at the front office. They’ll sweet talk you to get you to move there and then after they really reveal the bad attitudes. The management is so money hungry. They stole my deposit after I moved out. There told me they wouldn’t be renewing my lease so I found another place and moved on on time. I cleaned the apartment but the sad people need money so badly that they took my deposit and charged me fees on top of taking the deposit. I’ll be filling a lawsuit on these thieves. The crime and gun shots are a daily occurrence. Marianne is the worst one in that office. She Just loves lying. Never does what she says she would and then gets mad when you ask again. This is a criminal enterprise with an apartment front. Please stay away."

"Scam Artist!!!! I lived there for 2 1/2 years in total the only thing good were the neighbors ! Very Maintenance call was requested to be fixed again and again after the first fix! My tubs tiles falling off the wall 7 times in total and have been fixed 7 times in total! The roof of my bedroom caved in after I reported a crack in my ceiling 4 months earlier it was not fixed until the entire thing came down on my head! When I moved the rude women in the office decided to keep my full deposit despite me cleaning every inch of the apartment to the best of my abilities leaving nothing but an old washer in the closet and which she charge me $100 for removal and lied that nothing else was cleaned up despite me having clear pictures of the cleaned apartment! The pictures below are from my many request to please fixed my apartment ! Keep in mind the whole time I stayed never late on rent but 2 times and the only Reason was the office was closed on holidays !"
