"Only gave one star because it didn’t have one for a ZERO….. this apartment complex nor management gets any love or respect from me when they have ignored me a whole year pertaining mold that has escalated through the entire apartment! All the first manager Carina said was to spray bleach which made no sense because now look at the outcome!!!! This new manager Nina or Niriam whomever she keeps changing her name because she probably isn’t illegal here! Yes I said it but she only sent maintenance who tore walls up and didn’t fix leak nor mold issue ,etc!!!! So now I’m going to health department because she tried to find every excuse in this apartment besides the truth of what the real issues are!! MOLD MOLD MOLD MOLD and management sucks! All they care about is the tenant paying their money !!!! I’m calling the news also!!!!! They picked the right one to play with!!!! Don’t waste y’all money y’all been WARNED!"

"Needs a lot of maintenance. Parking lot has a lot of potholes dumpsters are dirty and overflow. It's hazardous to children. swimming pool that's unclean and of course not cleaned long enough or often enough. the laundromat is deplorable machine's inefficient dryer temperature way too long we should be at a hundred sixty degrees not at 130 degrees all in all this apartment complex is just another place waiting to be bulldozed and something new belt and the price is raised that's if the owners care"

"Edit *** so I no longer live there. When I did I had to put in work request every time I turn around. And then they had the nerve to threaten me with a non renewal notice because “I’m putting in too many work requests” You would think In the area that these apartments are in that you wouldn't find a decent apt complex but this place is not bad at all. For the space you get it is a great deal. Besides a few people walking their dogs without a leash or them not picking up the poop people stay to themselves. The maintenance usually gets done the next day. And it's a gated apt. The management since I've been there is great."

"I have live in this apt for at least over a year now and compare to other apts, I ran this apt are actually great. The trash are always picked up every morning and maintenance request does get done on a timely manner. The staff does great following up with all completed work orders and residents are great."
