"I like the new Maintenance! They come when they say they are coming and do what needs to be done. They keep you informed about your work order. They are nice and they always greet me in the mornings with a cheerful "Good Morning!" Ms. Tasha always helps me when I come into the office and advises me with any issues or questions that I have. Mr. John has been helpful when addressing concerns regarding my rent."

"My boyfriend has been staying here for a month. He was told by the leasing manager I should park in visitors parking lot ONLY. Last night in the visitor parking my car was broken into. Busted out my passenger window went all through it while top flight security was on duty. Once we spoke to the office now all of a sudden I can park anywhere as long as I register for visitor parking. Of course they not responsible.. Beware of your property because they have some thieves around there."

She reached out to me after noticing a pending work order and was sincerely apologetic for the delay (I believe management was putting together a new staff that caused the delay).
