"I decided to switch to Texas Children's Pediatrics after having my baby with another pediatrician for the first year of her life and let me tell you how much I regret not making the switch sooner, from my experience. From the front staff to the doctor, they were great. The front desk lady helped me to set up an appointment and she was very sweet. Also, Dr. Noel is amazing, she sat down to listen to my questions and concerns, and she explained everything that I needed to know and what not to worry about. Her first pediatrician, never sat down to talk or explain anything, she looked like she was always in a rush but not Dr. Noel. I also appreciate that I can choose which pharmacy to use. Also, what makes it even better is that they have the MyChart feature so I can know more in detail about my baby's health, after summary visits and request appointments. This makes everything easy and convenient for as a busy mom. Thank goodness I found them!"

"The doctor and the staff are angels. My baby was diagnosed with autism and I was running behind and they squeezed us in. From the stress of day to day and now the life changing news they made this whole thing easy. ALL of the staff I have encountered have been lovely and compassionate. The doctor hears concerns and does not dismiss your concerns or invalidate your questions. It’s a drive from where I live and I will continue to make that drive for the sake of my child and the professionalism of this awesome team."

"If you value your children's lives you should stay as far away from this place as possible. The front office staff is at best incompetent and at worst malicious. I’ve never been so poorly treated my a medical establishment ever in my life. Other than well visits that are scheduled well in advance you will not be able to see your doctor. Every time we have tried to get in to see our doctor they tell us there is no availability - or they are not there. If you leave a message they will not call you back. My child has had RSV, a staph infection, and a fever of over 101 degrees and not once were we able to get in the same day to be seen. Having to go to the ER or urgent care for any actual illness defeats the purpose of having a primary care physician. Being told the earliest available time is 2 weeks away does no one any good. We actually liked our doctor but the establishment is so utterly pathetically ran that it doesn’t matter if Dr. House works there I’ll never be back. I STRONGLY advise you to go anywhere else besides this terrible place."

"Very disappointed. This office has definitely gone down hill over the last few years. We’ve been coming here for over 7 years. The doctors are wonderful but for the past 3 years I have been unable to take in my sick child. There are never any same or next day appointments and they always say they are fully booked for days or until the next week. As a well established patient we should be able to rely on them more when we need and not just on yearly exams. We should not be having to go to the ER or urgent care EVERYTIME my child has a fever or small infection. It’s ridiculous and unacceptable. I’ve expressed this about a year ago and only got apologizes and excuses and no change."
