"The neighbors upstairs are so loud and they stomp through their house it is very loud I can't sleep it wakes me up all the time I wish they would be more considerate. Other than getting our car towed the third night we were here we really like the apartment. The space is good and the property is quiet."

"We suffered two car break-ins in back to back months. In neither instance were valuables left in the car, they were just trying to outright steal the car. Given the timing of the incidents, it's hard to believe it's random acts of criminality, instead it's the residents actively preying on others. We no longer feel safe here and had to move out. Besides this the conditions in general are horrible. The property smells like pot and dog poop. That's when it doesn't smell like human poop from a broken sewage pipes running straight into the storm drains. It took the staff 3 months to get us our mailbox keys. When you ask the staff for anything you get that unsupported employee deer in the headlights look, they are just warm bodies with no authority to do anything and are certainly the brunt of complaints their bosses are ignoring. Cold showers all winter. Roaches everywhere too."

"This is a very crooked complex. They charge you late fees past the 16th and on the 10th or the 16th. They automatically add your next months rent on top of that they want to fix on everything instead of replacing it all restrooms look like they haven’t been remodeled since the early 2000s there is a huge roach problem. Stray cats And etc. and they will tell you to apply if they’re evicting you for assistance and they will keep adding fees to the point where you are actually giving assistance. You still have to pay them hundreds of dollars because they have been racking up fees to make extra money off the assistance."

"I have a pleasure of leasing at quail creek apartment. Ms. Diamond and Ms.carrier was so great with getting me into my apartment. They are making the apartments a home for myself and others and will welcome you with warm arms."

"My ceiling has been leaking for over a week now and no one has come to fix it. Would not recommend moving here at all! I’ve put in other requests for the patio door and fridge, still haven’t been fixed. This is ridiculous. The patio door has a crack that lets all of the air out, so i have to keep the AC on in order to stay cool! Please do better, charging $1k for rent but can’t fix anything is pretty wild"
