"Just completed the move in yesterday, but the apartment was not made ready properly. When I called to get the keys on my move in date. I was told that they completely forgot that I was moving in and was asked to come in after 1 pm so that they can clean the apartment by then. When I reached, I found lot of stuff which was not ready, like - cabinet doors hinge broken, - drawer handles broken, - garbage disposal not working, - Faucets and shower clogged - The water from taps cloudy and stinking really bad I couldn't stay at the apartment yesterday due to all this. I have a bad feeling that I might regret moving here. Edit - Update after a week, the garbage disposal still not working, sink gets clogged everytime clogged."

"Me and my husband were visiting Houston for the weekend because we want to possibly move here in the summer. The front desk lady was very rude to us. She also was on the phone handling personal business while assisting us. She said to us “it doesn’t make sense that we are viewing apartments with a far move in date” and made us feel unwelcome. We asked to see a 2 bedroom apartment but were only shown a one bed and were only provided the one bedroom floor plan print outs. When we asked her a simple questions that had nothing to do with pricing she said she doesn’t know and can’t give us any information due to our move in date. In all, she was just very short with us and at the end just said “give us a call if you have any questions or look on the website” and escorted us off the property."

"I live here from May 2020 until November 2023. I truly enjoyed my time here and there are lots of pros to this complex. The location is amazing, the gym is beautiful and the facilities staff keeps the place nice and clean. You can tell they are well equip in their job and it shows. The parking garage is nice and has plenty of space however the security needs to be tighter. You can't really avoid tire theft at any complex especially one off the highway so not sure much could be done about that. The pool on the roof is a nice touch. I've enjoyed many memories there with family and friends as well as the front courtyard. The cons for me was lack of communication in certain areas as well as accountability when a mistake was made. Which is HUGE for me. I rarely had any noise issues with neighbors. The complex was very peaceful for the most part. Ultimately, I decided to move due to the high rent increase and space available. I was able to find a place for the same price for more space in the same area. When I moved, the front office staff led by Ruby was very accommodating. I think if there was more space, I would have considered staying. Over all I give my time here a 8.5 out of 10 and would recommend moving here."
